My wife needed me

Hey everybody. My mother-in-law past away a few years ago. My wife has taken it pretty hard. As a husband I'm not sure what to do. Today I got home from work and went straight to the computer. Without knowing it my wife tried to say hi but I was busy with other things. After a while she went into her room and I just stayed at the computer working on stuff. She leaves and calls me and tells me that she needed me to hold her. Now for you husbands out there your wife needs you weather you had a bad day or not. You need to be ready for whatever comes your way. What it took was a phone call and her crying to get my attention. Your wife is the most important person in you life. At times I forget that. She needs to feel loved, she needs to know how important she is, she needs to know that you are willing to die for her. Today I did not meet that standard. With lessons learned you move on. We will see how this ends. So long for now.
